It's a HOT July in Minnesota but Rich and Kim took the heat to bring you episode 19 of Dominoes Effect!!!

PLEASE NOTE: There were some technical difficulties in the production of the episode and we apologize for any glitches you may experience.  Glitches and all - it was produced with LOVE for its listeners.

Rich and Kim share two recipes with you this month - the first is a two-ingredient yogurt bread recipe and the second is a salmon recipe to make in the air fryer!

Happy listening!

 2-Ingredient Bread – Yogurt Based

For a tangy and chewy textured bread, combine 2 cups of self-rising flour with 1 and a ¼ cup vanilla or plain yogurt (full fat).

Mix until a sticky dough forms. Spray 8X4 inch loaf pan with Pam and line baking pan with parchment paper. Spread dough evenly into pan.

Bake at 375°F (191°C) for 35–40 minutes until lightly browned. This bread mimics yeast bread texture without the rising time and is ideal for quick homemade bread

 Tips and Variations

Self-Rising Flour Substitute: Mix 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1½ tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt to make 1 cup of self-rising flour

Baking Adjustments: Cover with foil if the top browns too quickly; check doneness with a toothpick.

Serving Ideas: Enjoy with sweet spreads, savory toppings, or as a base for sandwiches and toast.
